Please acknowledge that you have read the special notes on our product pages, specifically referring to the Trupo Treats note:

There were occasional production run errors at the point of manufacture, which resulted in some bars being improperly heat sealed prior to being packed in their display cases and then outer cases. We will not be opening any cases prior to shipping, and there is a small risk of having random bars improperly sealed. This has been factored into the sale price, and refunds will not be given if your case includes bars with imperfect packaging.
